I'd like to introduce you to Suze, a blogger I've known and followed for a while now. Introduce yourself, Suze.
My name is Suzanne, Suus or Suze for short. I’m from the Netherlands and live in a coastal town not far from Amsterdam.
How long have you been blogging and what is the name of your blog?
I started blogging when blogs were very new. I had a mail art blog back then. When the service I used stopped hosting blogs I didn’t move my blog elsewhere. Two years ago I decided to get back into it. I blogged about everything I liked and reached over 2,000,000 views.
Now I have a book blog called With Love for Books together with my best friend. I also run Suze’s Happy Mail Project, which is all about making someone’s day with some lovely mail.
I know. And that's so kind of you!
How do you fit all this reading into your life? (marriage/kids/job)
I’m married and don’t have kids, so I can read whenever I like. My husband loves books as much as I do, so there’s never a problem when it comes to reading time. We happily read together.
I bet the bookshelves are pretty full in your house.
So, what keeps you blogging?
I love writing reviews and I like interacting with other bloggers, readers and authors. It’s a lot of fun. I’ve met some amazing people through blogging and can’t imagine my life without it anymore.
Neither can I. I would be so lonely.
What is your favourite genre?
I read anything with a good story, I like variety.
And are you an e-reader or a paperback girl?
I’m both. I love my e-reader, but I’m also still a big fan of the feeling of paper in my hands. Plus it helps me sleep if I read a paperback before going to bed.
Bradley Cooper, because of his eyes.
Your wish is my command.
Do you have a favourite classic?
Book: Great Expectations
An old fashioned girl. :-)
Tell us what you're reading at the moment.
Behind Closed Doors, a gripping thriller about a nightmarish marriage.
I would go for an e-book on that then, not likely to get you to sleep!
Well that's all for this week. Thank you for coming, Suze and I'm sure to catch you later on the web. And if you would like to read the great reviews Suze posts, why not click on over to her new site, at: www.withloveforbooks.com
